No. Hansart is an export portfolio for B2B buyers — importers, retailers, designers, hotels and restaurants. We do not display prices or sell single retail pieces.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Typical MOQ is 5 pieces per SKU. Mixed-SKU orders are accepted for trial / sample orders. Container-load (LCL/FCL) buyers can mix any number of SKUs.

Can I customize dimensions, finishes and materials?

Yes. Hansart offers full OEM/ODM customization — any dimension, finish, upholstery fabric, hardware, branding and engraving. Share your specifications via the RFQ form.

What is your typical lead time?

30–45 days from confirmed PO and advance payment, depending on quantity and customization. Sample orders ship in 15–20 days.

We currently ship to 25+ countries including USA, UK, Germany, France, Spain, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Australia, Canada, Japan and Singapore.

How do you package products for export?

Every piece is wrapped in bubble + soft foam, packed in 5-ply export-grade corrugated cartons, and crated in ISPM-15 compliant fumigated wooden crates for sea-freight.

What payment terms do you accept?

50% advance against confirmed PO, balance 50% before dispatch against L/C (Letter of Credit) or B/L (Bill of Lading). We accept T/T wire transfers and irrevocable L/C at sight for larger orders.

Do you provide samples?

Yes — sample orders are welcome. Sample charges and freight are usually borne by the buyer and adjustable against the first bulk PO.

Can you produce per our own drawings / brand?

Absolutely. We are a full OEM partner — share drawings, mood boards or reference images and we will quote within 48 hours.
